Circle Saw Farm
Braintree, Vermont
Bob and Tay Simpson call the Circle Saw Farm home. The traditional name of this part of town is Peth, and the Simpson’s holdings reach from here on the Eastern slopes of Braintree Hill all the way to the top of the ridge in the historic center of town. There, in the shadow of the centuries-old Meeting House, corn and hay are harvested alongside the old stage road, where two hundred years ago sheep were driven to Boston and Montreal from these Braintree fields.
